Snowmobile Sleigh Tour
Are your little ones curious about the icy world of the Arctic? Nova brings the most special snow experience for every family to explore! Designed for families with children, family will enjoy time with their loved ones in the sled pulled by the guide. The whole family can immerse themselves in this winter wonderland together. The entire snow journey is led by an experienced guide.
Snowmobile Sleigh Tour includes:
- 1-hour safari with a 20-minute break in between (Sled sitting time approx. 40 mins)
- All participants are travelling in the sleigh pulled by our guide. (Snowmobile solo riding during the same excursion is possible by paying a solo riding supplement.)
- Open fire sausages and Hot drinks
- Activity’s return transfer from/to Nova Skyland Hotel reception (If required, the Meeting time of our safari is always before the starting time of the safari if you need pick-up services. You will receive your meeting time and meeting point upon confirmation or by e-mail. Failure to participate in the safari due to missed meeting time or meeting point will not be refunded.)
- Snowmobile instruction and guiding in English
- Winter thermal clothing & equipment (overalls, boots, gloves, woollen socks, balaclava and helmet)
Please note:
- Each person driving a snowmobile must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving license (B) valid in Finland. Please remember to take your driver’s license (original or electronic copy) with you on the snowmobile safari as the police may check the validity of the license during the safari.
- Driving a motorized vehicle under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating drugs is prohibited by the laws of Finland.
- The average speed during our tours is limited due to the safety and traffic regulations.
- Children between 4 - 11 years old and below 140cm must be accompanied by an adult when sitting in the sled.
- Snowmobile driver is held liable for any damages caused to the vehicle. Personal self-liability is max. 900 €/person/snowmobile/case of accident. By purchasing a 20 € self-liability insurance before the start of the safari, you reduce the amount of self-liability down to max. 150 €/person/snowmobile/case of accident. Self-liability insurance is personal and valid in one snowmobile safari.
