100% deposit payment has to be received upon booking.
Booking can be cancelled 60 days prior to arrival without extra charges.
60 days before arrival, 100% of the estimated total is non-refundable and non-changeable.

Flexible cancellation policy (Non Refundable)

(Available: 01.12.2024 - 06.01.2025)

100% deposit payment has to be received upon booking.
Reservation in those periods can't be cancelled prior to arrival.
100% of the estimated total is non-refundable and non-changeable.

We recommend to have a travel insurance for unexpected cancellations.

• COVID-19

If the travels are cancelled due to official travel restrictions as a result of COVID-19 pandemic, non-refundable booking can be moved within 1 year from the original date. If the room rate on the new dates is higher than the original dates, the price difference is to be paid by the guests. Guest must contact us at least 7 days prior to arrival. All cancellations shall be made during business days (Monday - Friday, 09.00 - 16.00 +2 GMT). Requested cancellations are subject to the written approval of Nova Skyland Hotel. (This policy is only applicable for reservations made through our Nova Skyland Hotel official website.)
